Beer Burro Service – 1 Hour

Make your event unforgettable with our charming Beer Burro – a friendly, flower-adorned donkey that delights guests while carrying beverages or snacks!

Service Includes:

• 1-hour visit with our gentle, party-ready burro.

• Beautifully dressed in a flower garland, custom saddle pack, and traditional baskets/cooler

• Baskets/cooler is filled with beer, canned cocktails, water, or snacks. (you provide the contents)

• Great photo opportunities and guest interaction.

• Handlers present for care and coordination.

Perfect for weddings, birthdays, backyard parties, corporate events, and more!

Fun, unique, and Instagram-worthy – the Beer Burro is always the hit of the party!

Note: Beverages/snacks must be provided by the client.

Payment Policy

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

• Dates will not be held until the deposit is received.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event.

• Accepted payment methods include: Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.

Please note that failure to submit final payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking.

Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable, except under the following special circumstances:

• Acts of God (natural disasters, emergencies, etc.)

• Severe weather conditions that make the event impossible or unsafe.

• If the donkey is unwell or unable to attend due to health or unforeseen circumstances.

In these cases, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.

If the client cancels on the day of the event, the full balance is non-refundable.

If the event is cancelled by us due to an act of God (inclement or dangerous weather), your deposit and full payment will be refunded. If a situation requires us to cancel mid-event, we will prorate the time we were there and send you a refunded amount for the time we missed.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility — the health and safety of everyone (including the donkey!) always come first.
